Build, design, test and improve
Our second term is all about making things work. Children move from builds that look good to builds that actually do something, using Minecraft Education to design a mechanism, test it, find out why it is not working and improve it.
No previous Minecraft experience is needed, and children who did not do Term 1 can start here. Every stage stands on its own.

What Children Will Learn

Every session has a starting point for beginners and an extension for those who want to push further.

A working mechanism your child can explain, built into something of their own design.
What a Session Looks Like
A short taught input where the skill of the week is modelled on screen

A photograph of their work and a note of what they built
Time at the end to look at what everyone else has made
What Is Included
- The full six-week term at £99, or individual sessions at £17 each
- A laptop and Minecraft Education licence for every child
- All planning, resources and materials
- Small groups, so every child gets proper support
- Sessions planned and delivered personally by a qualified teacher
- Differentiated activities, so beginners and confident builders both progress
Safe and Supervised
- Sessions led by an enhanced DBS-checked teacher, fully insured
- Children are signed in at the start and only released to a named adult
- Children play only in private worlds, with the others in the room
- No public servers, no open lobbies and no contact with players outside the session
- In-game chat is used for the activity and is visible to the club leader
- Devices and accounts are provided and managed by the club
About Your Club Leader
Jake Miles is a qualified primary school teacher with 14 years' experience in the UK and internationally, and an MSc in Education (Learning, Technology and Society). He founded Collaborative Computing Education and plans and delivers every Collab Crafters session personally, so your child gets the same familiar face each week. He is enhanced DBS-checked and fully insured.

Choose what you book and how you pay
The full six-week term is £99, paid in full before the first session or as two instalments of £49.50, the second before week four. Individual sessions are £17 each, paid before the session you book. Payment details are sent to you after you book.
