What This Looks Like in Practice
Collaborative Computing provides specialist computing teaching aligned to the National Curriculum for primary schools. Every lesson is designed around the principle that children learn best when they think, talk and create together. Pupils don't just sit at screens individually. They work in pairs and groups, discuss ideas, solve problems collaboratively and build on each other's thinking.
This isn't cover supervision. It's real teaching, planned and delivered by an experienced primary computing specialist. Sessions include consistent lesson sequencing, resource preparation, inclusive scaffolding and adaptive teaching, and simple progression tracking so leadership always knows where pupils are.
How It Works
Schools book PPA cover on a half-termly or termly basis. Sessions can be a single session, a half-day, or a full day depending on your timetable. Every session is planned in advance and aligned to your school's curriculum priorities.
