A short, anonymous questionnaire for parents and carers. It takes two to three minutes, and your answers shape a free parent workshop on online safety running in January.

Why We Are Asking

Most online safety advice for parents is written for everybody, and so ends up being for nobody. Some families are worried about gaming, some about group chats, some about AI, and plenty are simply unsure where to start with parental controls.

We would rather build the workshop around what parents actually ask about, so we are asking first. Your answers tell us which topics to cover, how much detail to go into and which apps and games to talk about by name.

Anonymous, and kept that way

Please do not include your name, your child's name, your school or anything else that could identify you. Responses are used only to spot general themes, and individual answers are never published or shared. Taking part is voluntary and you can stop at any point before submitting.

Please do not use this questionnaire to report a safeguarding concern. If you have an immediate concern about a child, contact your school or the appropriate safeguarding service directly.

Are You a School or a PTA?

You are very welcome to share this questionnaire with your parent community, and we will send your school its own summary of what your parents said. We also deliver the parent workshop in person for schools across Wiltshire and the South West.
